Super Stupid Modern Warfare 2 Prices

With Modern Warfare 2 set to be the most popular game of the year and limited run special editions popping up left right and centre it was only a matter of time before people started to take advantage of Modern Warfare 2 fever and these limited edition editions ended up on ebay.

However in what must surely be the dictionary definition of insanity with a healthy dose of stupidity thrown in for good measure pre-orders for the Super Elite Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 consoles are appearing on ebay and selling for more than the price of the console bundles itself, even though it is still available to order online for the standard RRP at both Game and Gamestation (as of 06/10/09).

So people are paying over £200 too much for a piece of paper that they could get for free if they did a quick google search, so the question is who should we condemn the people making a quick buck on Ebay, or the people who can’t work out how to use google?

But either way there’s never been a more pressing need for game price comparison to stop this sort of injustice in its tracks!
