ShareMyPlaylists.com are looking for spotify playlists that are innovative and original, with just a hint of creativity. Surely not much to ask for a brand spanking new Playstation 3. After all we’re all looking for something unique, whether it’s in the music we listen to or the clothes we wear.
So maybe your playlist will reflect your music influences when you were going up, for example I might create a playlist called Acceptable in the 80’s because I’m both a child of the 80’s and because Calvin Harris’s song of the same name reminds me of some particularly fun times on a Ski trip I had a few years ago.
Or perhaps your’re a Michael Jackson nut, and you think you could create a Wicked and Bad playlist (see what we did there, our wit knows no bounds!) that would top anything that MJ could come up with himself. Whatever your reasons are for the playlist there are only two stipulations, one it must be ten songs or longer, and secondly it must show evidence of originality and uniqueness.
To enter the ShareMyPlaylist competition all you have to do is submit a Spotify playlist to them before the closing date of midnight 2nd May 2009. Then simply drop them a line via the contact page telling them the name of the playlist that you would like to enter into the competition.
Competition Rules
To qualify for the competition a playlist must have a minimum of 10 songs. However if you are particularly bursting with original ideas then you are free to enter the competition as many times as you wish (obviously with a new playlist, ten Best of Bonjovi playlists would kinda defeat the whole originality thing!).
Then shortly after the closing date ShareMyPlaylists will be making a shortlist of the playlists that they think show the most originality and creativity. This shortlist will then be judged by Spotify themselves who will decide on the ultimate winner and the proud new owner of a Sony Playstation 3.
